Why “later” rarely comes.

Why ‘later’ rarely comes. Sounds familiar?

It’s Tuesday.
Maybe your calendar’s already overflowing.
Maybe you’re telling yourself “I’ll think about this later.”
Totally normal.

But here’s why it sounds familiar: later is sneaky.
DIY coaching is like buying the running shoes… and never going for the jog.
You could do it later.
But how often does “later” quietly turn into never?
I see this all the time:
Smart, capable people stuck in loops of overthinking, second-guessing, or waiting for the “right” moment.

The real talk is that change doesn’t need a grand plan.
It just needs a starting point.

Coaching isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about pausing with purpose—and deciding that now is good enough.

If you’ve been telling yourself “I’ll do it later,” consider this your Tuesday nudge.

Let’s talk. No pressure—just a space to start.
