I’m Sofia, the founder of Scatto Consulting.

I’m Sofia Scatto, the founder of Scatto Consulting: a coaching and consulting practice helping people and organisations grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of people, systems, and change in roles spanning economics, operations, and digital transformation across Italy, Belgium, India, Mexico, and Ireland. I’ve partnered with global technology companies to drive transformation in compliance, leadership, and organisational growth.

Along the way, I developed a deep curiosity for how people interact: the mechanics of social psychology, the patterns of economics, and the unspoken dynamics inside organizations. I’m analytical, structured, and adaptable, and I love using these qualities to understand how organizations work—and how they can work better.

Coaching is what ultimately inspired me to make it my profession and launch Scatto Consulting: I first trained in coaching while pursuing interior design, wanting to better understand clients. What began as an extra tool soon became a passion. I love helping people raise the ceiling they see for themselves: that’s how Scatto Consulting was born.

• Strategy and human behavior: My background in economics and operations grounds my work in both analytical thinking and emotional intelligence.

• Design mindset: My design background taught me to think outside the box, find creative solutions, and bring a fresh lens to problem-solving.

• People-first philosophy: I believe growth comes from awareness, ownership, and courage, the small steps and bold leaps that create lasting change.

• Authenticity and energy: I bring a lively, multi-faceted personality (ask my three dogs and cat) that creates openness and connection in every partnership.

Why “Scatto”?

Scatto is both my surname and in Italian, Scatto means “a leap”. To me, it represents the powerful moments when something shifts and making next step becomes possible.

That’s what I aim to create: the leap that moves people and organizations forward.
