Who

I’m Sofia, the founder of Scatto Consulting.

Originally from Italy, I have lived abroad since I was 22 and have established myself in Ireland for now 8 years.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of people, systems, and change in roles spanning economics, operations, and digital transformation across Italy, Belgium, India, Mexico, and Ireland. I’ve worked in global technology companies such as Microsoft, Dell Technologies and Meta to drive transformation in operations, IT, and organisational growth.

I always had a deep curiosity for how people and systems interact, the mechanics of social psychology, the patterns of economics, and the unspoken dynamics inside organisations.

Going through the daunting pain of finding meaning in my day to day work and getting back to my own spark, I opened my first business, in Interior design. I first trained in coaching while pursuing interior design, wanting to better understand clients.

Along the way, what began as an extra tool soon became a passion. I discovered how much coaching has the opportunity to change the lives of people.

Having felt the pain of the gap between my internal potential and vision to the external impact myself, I love helping people raise the ceiling they see for themselves. That’s how Scatto Consulting was born.

I’m analytical, structured, and adaptable, and I love using these qualities to serve people in their purpose.

• Authenticity and energy: I bring a lively, multi-faceted personality (ask my three dogs and cat) that creates openness and connection in every partnership.

Why “Scatto”?

Scatto is both my surname and in Italian, Scatto means “a leap”. To me, it represents the powerful moments when something shifts and making next step becomes possible.

That’s what I aim to create: the leap that moves people and organizations forward.
