I’m Sofia, the founder of Scatto Consulting.

For more than a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of people, systems, and change. My career began in economics and global operations and has taken me across Italy, Belgium, India, Mexico, and Ireland. I’ve worked with leading global tech companies on digital transformation, compliance, and leadership.

Along the way, I developed a deep curiosity for how people interact: the mechanics of social psychology, the patterns of economics, and the unspoken dynamics inside organizations. I’m analytical, structured, and adaptable, and I love using these qualities to understand how organizations work—and how they can work better.

Coaching is what ultimately inspired me to make it my profession and launch Scatto Consulting: I first trained in coaching while pursuing interior design, wanting to better understand clients. What began as an extra tool soon became a passion. I love helping people raise the ceiling they see for themselves: that’s how Scatto Consulting was born.

Why “Scatto”?

Scatto is both my surname and in Italian, Scatto means “a leap”. To me, it represents the powerful moments when something clicks and shifts perspectives, making next step becomes possible.
