Tea with your monsters?

I’ve been there too.

I wasn’t always a coach.
I’ve also sipped my teas—and wrestled—many times with the same overwhelm, imposter feelings, and “am I doing enough?” spirals that so many of my clients face.

I know what it’s like to look like you’ve got it all together on the outside…
To care deeply—and still feel stuck.
That’s part of what drew me to coaching.
Not to fix people. But to offer the kind of space I wish I had back then:
Honest. Human. Not about having all the answers.

If you’re in that place right now, just know:
You’re not alone → It’s part of being human.
You’re not broken → Many feel this way. There is more to life than fear.
And it can get easier → And I’m here for it.

Would you like to invite me for a tea with your monsters?
